ALTERATIONS

• Eye color is equivalent to the staffs color, Ice being blue and Fire being red.

ABILITIES

• Controls a area of either fire or ice based on emotions.
• Effects the surrounding areas weather when the staff is in a dormant state.

LIMITATIONS

• Is reliant on emotions.
• Leaves fall off with usage, with more leaves being shed with more power used, and the staff will not work without leaves. Leaves regrow within a day.
