There is little true option in this conflict. Neither side has been terribly convincing, honestly. I originally considered supporting the chimoraa. I have since come to the conclusion that they are not to be trusted either, no matter how much they might like to seem otherwise.
The human looks almost bored to be talking about this, despite the conviction in her voice.
Either I chose to stand with the evil I know or the evil I don't. Given that my life and my connections lay in Ichorrai and I hold a respected position, it is unwise to decide to just throw it all away on the word of a stranger.
There is little actual proof of her holding a respected position, though she takes offense to this being pointed out. Her eyebrows furrow slightly and she sits up straighter.
Ultimately, I will be putting my knowledge and talents behind Ichorrai. If this is a mistake, then we will deal with what comes then. Until then, I will focus on gathering my things in case of emergency and stocking up.

Ichorri was all Alba had ever known.
As events started to unfold, as tensions rose, as more and more fights broke out with casualties that came to be healed, even when the chimoraa offered refugees of Ichorri safety, Alba could not leave. He was too tied to this city.
For better, or for worse...
The Immanu seems to be okay on the sidelines, watching everyone skitter about as he clutches his empty mailbag. Bánat seems to regard you with a pleasantly neutral expression - you can tell even through the bangs - and gives a small shrug once you ask about support.
"Here," he ends up answering, voice low and a bit hoarse with disuse. There's another pause that makes you shift a bit uncomfortably after you ask why before he eventually says, "Know about work here." He doesn't elaborate further.
Angel would, of course, be supporting Ichorrai. What else was there, really? An invading force? Anybody supporting Ynochrin seemed spineless to him, simply following the easiest path. He could never bring himself to do that. At the very least, he'd go down fighting.
(ooc) I'm siding w/ ichorrai!
